App Store purchases
For purchases made inside an app, Apple is the merchant of record and processes all refunds. To request one, go to reportaproblem.apple.com (or open your purchase-confirmation email and tap “Report a Problem”). Caffeinated Code d.o.o. cannot issue refunds for App Store purchases directly.
Web purchases
For purchases made on our websites, payment is processed by our merchant of record, Paddle.com Market Ltd (“Paddle”). To request a refund, email vedran@caffeinatedcode.co or use the manage/receipt link Paddle sent you. Where a request is approved and eligible, the refund is returned to your original payment method, and Paddle typically processes it within 14 days of approval.
Eligibility. You may request a refund within 14 days of a charge. Refunds may be declined where the service has been substantially used, for renewals you were reminded of in advance, or where required otherwise by law. If a charge isn't eligible, you can still cancel at any time to prevent future billing — see below.
Free trials
Where a plan includes a free trial, cancelling before the trial ends means you are never charged — no refund needed.
Cancellation
Cancelling stops future renewals; it does not by itself refund the current period. Your access continues until the end of the period you already paid for.
- App Store: Settings → Apple ID → Subscriptions → the app → Cancel.
- Web: use the manage-subscription link in your Paddle receipt, or email vedran@caffeinatedcode.co.
